The Community Outreach Committee is at the heart of MYSI's mission—bridging the gap between youth and sports through hands-on programming. This team develops and implements after-school programs, sports clinics, and community events, ensuring that children have access to structured, engaging athletic experiences.

From launching after-school programs at schools to designing MYSI-led clinics for basketball, football, and other sports, this committee focuses on strategic execution. It works step by step to establish programs, recruit participants, and partner with local athletic organizations to enhance accessibility.

Collaboration is key—this team builds relationships with outside athletic programs, secures partnerships for event sponsorships, and ensures that each outreach initiative runs smoothly. By focusing on execution and engagement, the Community Outreach Committee directly impacts the lives of young athletes, providing them with opportunities that might otherwise be out of reach.
