Lucas is the founder of MYSI, driven by a lifelong passion for sports and a commitment to making athletics accessible to all. With an educational background in Organizational Studies, Psychology, and Coaching & Leadership, along with professional experience in Business Development and Consulting, he works to break down barriers and create opportunities for young athletes. Through MYSI, he leads efforts to ensure every child has the chance to play, learn, and grow through sports.

Jackson is the Vice President of MYSI, where he oversees the club's internal operations and helps drive its mission forward. He coordinates weekly meetings, manages recruitment efforts, and supports the planning of events and volunteer activities. This past semester, he also served as a flag football coach, mentoring a team of local youth and helping foster community through sports.

He leads efforts to ensure MYSI can financially support our community.

Regan is the Head of Community Outreach and leads efforts to connect MYSI with the greater Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti community. Through her studies in the Sport Management program, Regan has furthered her passion for connecting sports to the greater community. Alongside Community Outreach efforts Regan is focused on ensuring that young girls are presented with the same opportunities and are given the same resources to succeed. With her background in event management and business operations, Regan is driven to fostering a strong, inclusive community built around sports.

A UX Design major with product development and brand marketing experience, he channels a deep passion for sports into creating engaging content. He oversees social media, visual identity, and new digital initiatives, turning big ideas into clear, accessible campaigns that welcome youth, students, volunteers, and partners into MYSI's mission.
